I am a Family Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified with over 14 years of experience in healthcare. Currently, I am focusing on pediatrics, but specialize in providing quality care from birth to elderly. What I love most about this job is being able to ease the parents’ concerns and provide their children with the best possible care. My educational background includes certified nurse assistant (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) certifications, which helped me develop a passion for wanting to provide excellent care. As a Lake Placid High School graduate, I am proud to be able to continue to serve my community here in Highlands County.

My strengths as a provider lie in my willingness to learn and ask for help when necessary in order to provide the best possible care for my patients. I am a mother of a patient who has been receiving care from our practice for 12 years, so I can say with confidence that we are patient-focused and strive to provide excellent, well-educated patient care while also staying up to date on new guidelines and standards in pediatric care. The most rewarding part of being a pediatric Nurse Practitioner has been working with parents who are passionate about their children’s health and well-being, as well as having the opportunity to guide, educate, and encourage the pediatric population in our community.
